Using Norvexa means that you agree to these Terms of Service. If you cannot agree, please refrain from installing or using the application.
Norvexa is an iOS app offering connection-related utilities, network tools, optional secure connection functionality, and certain subscription services. We may update, discontinue, restrict, or otherwise change a feature without notice where permitted by law.
Some capabilities require an active subscription. Apple processes in-app purchases and bills your Apple ID when you approve the transaction. A paid plan renews automatically unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before its current term concludes. Your Apple ID settings let you manage or cancel the plan. Refunds are considered by Apple under its App Store policies; you can also use reportaproblem.apple.com. The available price, trial, offer, and duration can vary by country and can change.
You agree to use Norvexa only lawfully. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access, attack or impair a network, defeat app security, introduce malware, send spam, infringe intellectual-property or other rights, or abuse the app's protected connection tools. You are accountable for the security of your device and account information. We may suspend or terminate service access following a breach of these rules.
All rights in Norvexa's software, interface, content, graphics, and branding are reserved by Norvexa or its licensors. Except to the extent that a mandatory law says otherwise, you may not reproduce, adapt, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the application.
Norvexa is supplied on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, always available, error-free, or completely secure. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Norvexa will not be liable for indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages related to the app or your inability to access it.
Use of Norvexa is also subject to the Norvexa Privacy Policy and Apple's App Store Terms and Conditions. Applicable consumer protection rules continue to apply. We may revise these Terms by publishing a replacement with a new update date. You may stop using Norvexa at any time, and can cancel subscriptions through Apple. Send questions to support@baklajan.io.
